Centralized configuration management, reduced documentation rework and increased “site installed configuration,” data capture accuracy which resulted in a passing test for first time in program history. Part of strategic team that determined agile falls was the better methodology over Scaled Agile Framework for to replace the original spiral process that was no longer satisfying AOC sustainment requirements.
