• Report to and assist Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent on a daily basis• Provide detailed reports to job Project Manager entailing weekly milestone achievements and progress percentages for CPM activities• Studied project plans to perform thorough and continuous layout of the entire project• Utilize Total Station on a daily basis to perform layout and topographic survey• Supervise contractor work to ensure the timeliness of job completion• Operated equipment to perform job tasks when necessary• Perform concrete takeoffs to ensure accurate amount of material was used• Assist in finding solutions for project design issues and implement the solutions

• Work directly with the Project Superintendent and all other cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of the project• Supervise contractors over MEPF, Structural, Theming, and roofing aspects of the job• Responsible for all project layout and dimensional accuracy, interpretation of plans and specifications, communicating and establishing control lines for crafts and subcontractors, job – wide safety, producing detailed concrete form drawings for field use, and tracking and reporting daily job production

-Keeping track of concrete materials, concrete pumps, crane operator, and, structural material costs-Writing up RFI's-Supervise Subcontractors-Coordinate with Subcontractors -File Submittals-Create and use Excel Logs -Work on bid packages

-Loading all necessary equipment-Setting up GPS units-Setting up the instruments correctly-Taking shots with the instrument and GPS-Clearing line for pipeline and boundary surveys-Assist Crew Chief with any and all tasks.
