At WholeStack Solutions, I gained valuable experience as a DevOps Engineer intern, where I learned the basics of multiple coding languages, including JavaScript and HTML, and applied them to automation, virtualization, knowledge base administration, and ticketing systems within the company. I also worked as a Technical Support and Network Technician, providing tier 1 support and system/account administration for various clients and projects. I have skills in administrating networking systems, such as Cisco ASA firewalls, network management tools, remote desktop tools, inventory management, Meraki AP radios, OpManager, and Freshservice. I also have expertise in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows.I am pursuing a CCNA in Routing and Switching from the Great Plains Technology Center's Cisco Networking Academy, where I obtained a CCENT certification. I have a passion for computers, networking, security, and IT business administration, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a customer-oriented professional, who strives to deliver quality results and satisfaction. My goal is to advance my career in IT and Networking, and to contribute to the success and innovation of the industry.
