- Archives, organizes and distributes study-specific documentation and correspondence.- Serves as central point of contact between study sites, sponsors, and study teams.- Collaborates on tracking of study milestones, including those associated with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out procedures.- Provides maintenance of TMF to ensure audit-ready quality, meeting regulatory standards throughout study lifecycle.- Supports Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in the archiving and distribution of site-related data and documentation.

While working and fulfilling classwork for Master's degree, conducted practicum project with the focus of addressing a prominent issue within my place of employment. Through analysis of turnover rates across business locations, identified the location-specific issue of heightened employee turnover. In order to address this issue, gathered employee behavioral, job performance, and disciplinary data. Data were quantitatively analyzed using multiple-regressions and descriptive statistical analyses in order to identify variables predicting employee exit. Analyses, interpretations, and an action-plan to curb high worker turnover were submitted via academic manuscript to the Kansas State University Graduate Board of the Department of Psychological Sciences, as well as business upper-management.Furthermore, has continued in employee training/development as well as traditional customer service roles in a food-industry setting. Training sessions have focused on part-time workers and full-time management, and has been conducted across multiple business locations spanning Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri (tentative training date). Training has addressed the development of worker KSAO's in both technical and functional capacities.

Under guidance of the PI, acted as lead student researcher in experiment investigating the effects of withdraw from long-term alcohol consumption on the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), and subsequent impacts on operant task performance, in a rodent model. Responsibilities in this capacity included:- Providing on-site monitoring of daily test subject health assessments and experimental task sessions.- Overseeing the implementation and documentation of chronic- intermittent alcohol availability to appropriate groups.- Managing and filing behavioral datasets in accordance with SOP’s.- Serving as first point-of-contact for project troubleshooting, and elevatingissues to laboratory leadership as appropriate.- Reporting AE’s and SAE’s through appropriate channels.- Attending weekly laboratory meetings to read and discuss relevant peer-reviewed literature, as well as collaborate with the larger laboratory team.

In collaboration with the PI and graduate researcher, coordinated study investigating individuals’ differences in time perception and task performance during heightened task engagement, within the framework of Flow Theory (Csikszentmihalyi, 1975; human model). Responsibilities in this capacity included:- Independently recruiting and scheduling research participants.- Collecting and documenting informed consent, overseeing experimentaltask sessions, and delivering debriefing sessions.- Attending weekly laboratory meetings to read and discuss relevant peer-reviewed literature, as well as collaborate with the larger laboratory team.
