To train each member effectively and solve conflicts between staff as well between staff and the organisation was important for maintaining a happy team that were eager to do their best.One branch that I was responsible for was a newly opened store. Setting the team culture, learning the new clientele, and pushing to set our own targets, resulted in a huge growth of my transferrable management skills, all of which have been valuable in more recent roles. -
