Built operational processes, tooling, and reporting dashboards within Salesforce and Google Workspace to increase data integrity and and drive processes automation enabling the newly formed Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program to scale globally. A few key wins from this time include the implementation of Salesforce Cases as the source of record for all EBCs, automation scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks within Google Workspace, and the development of a project charter & BRD outlining multiple projects that would enable the EBC program to continue to scale through a custom Salesforce Object and 3rd party integrations.

This large-scale, complex, multi-year custom software project stretched me to my limits and taught me more than I imagined possible about the software development lifecycle and project management. As the sole PM, I had the privilege of wearing many hats: I drove requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, built and managed the product backlog, participating in design and technical solution sessions, lead all scrum ceremonies, owned the client relationship, lead on project staffing recommendations, delivered weekly project reporting, and managed the relationship's transition to a managed services contract following the completion of our original scope. It was a heck of a ride!

Brought on to stabilize a critical team and project portfolio that had experienced nearly 100% employee turnover in the 3 months leading up to my arrival. The challenges we faced were to deliver on the promises made to 6 major clients with in-flight projects, create a platform for Bluetent team members to enjoy their work and increase team moral, and to re-build the project delivery process to increase project through-put and predictability of team utilization, while also continuing to produce the highest quality e-commerce websites in the vacation rental industry.During my time here, in partnership with the other new team members, we:• Delivered on 8 custom websites in 9 months, beating expectations with over $500k revenue • Decreased project overages by 52% through iteratively improving our agile and scope management practices• Kept team turn-over to 0 (until my departure)

Drove the development, documentation, and enforcement implementation practices and policies utilizing Confluence as a knowledge-base.

Wanting to try project management in a different setting, I walked into the front door at FSM and dropped off a resume. Luckily, they were looking for help! During my time here, I managed the delivery of customizable Wordpress brochure-style websites for brick and mortar retailers. Margins were thin and delivery efficiency was key, so I was consistently in process engineering mode while juggling client work to keep the lights on. In partnership with the web team, here were a few of our notable accomplishments:• Consolidation of project plans, budgets, time tracking, and reporting from Google Sheets into Wrike project management software. • Developed company policies for product specifications, comprehensive client contracts, and SOWs. These two efforts greatly improved the visibility into our own projects, and gave internal and external stakeholders clear expectations on what would be delivered and by when.

Following T-System's acquisition of PMA, I found a home within a team of Project Managers responsible for customer onboarding. These projects were fixed in scope, executed in a waterfall fashion, and ultimately amounted to two primary efforts in connecting an API between our on-premises servers and the hospital (to exchange medical records), and onboarding an overseas coding team to the hospital's approach and rules for coding. In my 2+ years in the role, my team completed roughly 40 implementations and partnered with senior PM to build the PMO's standard implementation project plan.

This was my first professional role out of college, and my second foray into the Healthcare industry, this time on the revenue-cycle vendor side of the equation. Primarily, I was tasked with leveraging SQL queries and Excel to develop monthly and ad-hoc revenue reports for clients. Along the way, I also took on special projects to build an online, video-based training curriculum, then later partnered with the medical coding department to build an Excel tool to monitor production from overseas coding vendors. PMA was acquired by T-System in January 2012
