As the head of Fuse Factory, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency's digital marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement. However, I have an amazing team backing me as well. I work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and then the team develops and implements digital marketing strategies that will help those clients achieve their goals.As the head of Fuse Factory, I also play a key role in managing the team of digital marketers/expert freelancers. I am responsible for hiring, training, and motivating my team members, as well as delegating tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met.I like to believe that I have a strong understanding of most aspects of digital marketing, as well as the ability to manage and lead a team.
