As a Recruitment Business Partner, I had RPO for a small fintech start up business called Oonex. They were based out of Amsterdam. I was the sole function for there internal recruitment. Working as an Internal Recruiter at Travis Perkins, I was recruiting for HR, Legal and Sales departments. This would range from entry level up to CEO. This role it was 360, I would deal with everything from sourcing to interviewing to onboarding. I took on a big project of looking after all if the sales roles. There was 30+ vacancies, which needed to be filled, I hired 18 great candidates in my first 5 months which really helped the growth in the sales department.
