As the Vice President/Executive Director of Revenue Management Technology, I assume key accountability for devising and developing a comprehensive technology strategy for Revenue Management operations using software, analytics and process automation to uncover operational efficiencies/insights. I facilitate business and IT development of a multi-year strategy for the successful transition of disparate regional operations to an enterprise shared service. I build and strengthen strategic partnerships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of the revenue management program. I develop and lead high performing program IT execution team to meet all KPI's. In this tenure, I provided exceptional consultancy regarding product management services and technology investment to senior leadership of Fortune 500 companies, including L Brands, Kaiser Permanente, and smaller technology startups.
