Hello, My Name is Tyler.I started programming at a young age, my first language ironically enough was the C Programming language, the first game(s) were attempts at basic text based aventure games, though my interest in programming waned as I got into highschool, and became entranced by the potential of animation.More specifically I got very into adobe flash, and flash animation, from buttons to storyboarded scenes, I decided I wanted to be an animator. This interest too waned towards the end of highschool, as the reality of the artistic demands of actually 'being' an animator were in direct contradiction to my skill at drawing and the means of which I might achieve anything. (graduated in 2014)Flash forward to 2019, and I went into the computer science program at Central Michigan University. While at Cmich I felt an urge to demonstrate some initiative, and did some extra-curricular experiments with JavaFX, just in time for Covid to hit and the chaos of 2020..Fast forward again to spring of 2022, I was now a holder of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science; but I hadn't taken any internships or really achieved a GPA that I felt would show my abilities. I decided to take some initative and got to work attempting to make something for a "portfolio". Here I mostly experimented with C/C++, and the Raylib library, though there were many other libraries used.It was towards the end of the summer of 2022 that I recieved a job offer from Revature, fast forward a few months to march of 2023 and I was hired as part of a job placements program that trained me in Ruby on Rails and ReactTS..out of the 30+ or so individuals that were initially hired as part of my Batch, I managed to makeit to the final round of hiring, and was put to task working for the Alpha Omega Integration as part of a contract with USCIS.In March of 2024 my contract was bought out by AOI, and I was hired full time as a direct employee, sadly though there were some issues and I was let go a month later in April of 2024. Regardless it was a learning experience that was quite valuable.
