Responsible for the delivery of an exceptional client experience. Guiding, driving, and supporting Account Management, Project Managers, and Support Desk teams to deliver value to NW Tech clients. Designing and maintaining processes around client service & client success.

Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their IT needs are understood and are being addressed. Responsible for building strong client relationships to maintain client satisfaction. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that our solutions serve our clients well.

Level 1-2 Support/Break-fix while helping to maintain an inventory of imaged and ready to go machines for deployment.

Assisting with the daily IT needs of users in the business, assessing ERP solutions, automating business functions with Power Automate, and general maintenance of onsite hardware, equipment, and systems.

Level 1 support technician assisting with daily IT support requests for the MSP clients.

Retail HelpDesk support working with POS systems, retail technologies, and line of business software/hardware.
