The summers of 2014 and 2015 I was the Camp Director for the Rockville Express Baseball Camp that was ran through the City of Rockville. I assisted in organizing the camp in regards to hiring, scheduling and training employees. On a daily basis I supervised about 30 campers between the ages of 5-13. I developed skills related stations for each employee to run. I worked closely with each camper on individual baseball skills to improve their performance.
