Overall I was exposed to the entire process of applying for a mortgage loan, from the comfort of my home office! Daily I was assisting in scheduling closings, generating mortgage payoffs, and exposing process inefficiencies - as the goal of GR is to get a loan approved within 10 days. In the latter half of the summer I was introduced to the sales side of the business and allocated my time to finding new leads, along with evaluating previous customers and contacting them regarding refinancing opportunities!

As a part of the truckload team, I assisted in ensuring On Time Delivery was meeting the corporate benchmark by analyzing key indicators. I was given a chance to apply classroom theories to real world situations to help upper management make decisions. I managed, organized, and ran weekly meetings for cost avoidance efforts throughout the summer, leaving behind standard operations procedures for changes I implemented, with hopes for these practices to be long standing. Overall an amazing introduction to both what an outstanding corporate culture looks like and office life in general.

• Created a new day-to-day weekly camp schedule, that kept 150 campers in five separate parts of the building all day• Effectively recruited and interviewed 40 candidates for the summer camp counselor role

When I was looking for a job, in early January of 2016, and being a student-athlete, I needed a job that would keep me active as well as make me think on my feet. Lifetime did just that as getting the opportunity to work with younger kids allowed me to grow up and become more responsible as I had to continuously ensure that I wasn’t only thinking of myself but also of the kids as well as fellow counselors. After working for 2 summers with lifetime, I was given more responsibility that included scheduling other counselors as well as creating a new everyday schedule for the camp. After my first summer with Lifetime I joined their Kids Activities Team where I could work with older members through birthday parties and weekly promotional tables to increase knowledge on events such as ‘school break day camps’.Achievements • 2-time counselor of the week awards; voted by campers and leadership staff• Promoted from counselor to camp supervisor after 2 summers of work, starting as supervisor as of 1/1/18

As a 4-year member of the football program at Aldai E. Stevenson High-School, I was chosen to be one of twelve program leaders. As a ‘Huddle Leader’ I was given a group of teammates, on the varsity, sophomore, and freshman teams that myself and another captain led through intense off-season workouts. Tasked with the challenge along with keeping our group morale high, and tracking and improving attendance, made this off-season harder than any prior. This was due to, but was not limited to, everyday workouts, leaderships meetings with coaches, as well as goal setting for the team and self. This is something I worked very hard for but was very rewarding as I had worked both on and off the field for it, as I was tasked to become more vocal, and looked forward to for all my years as part of the football program. Achievements• Collected and donated over 4 months’ worth of food to local PADS shelter• Selected varsity defense team captain by coaches• Lead intense off-season training workouts
