As President & CEO of U.S. Truck Driver Training School Inc. my primary responsibilities include overseeing all departmental operations, developing and managing relationships with community outreach organizations, executing corporate training partnership agreements, maintaining educational compliance with the state of Michigan, the Council on Occupational Education, SAA, VA, and the U.S. Department of Education. Creating a team centered environment, focused on one common keystone principle of student achievement is my mission. During my time working as one of the Managing Directors of CDL Marketing Group, LLC. I helped the owners and fleet managers of trucking companies who found themselves frustrated with their ability to find qualified drivers to fill their trucks. Designing a unique employment marketing strategy to deliver pre-screened candidates, and lowering overall cost per hire was always our objective. As a professional I strive to be a servant leader in my industry and local community. Keeping an open mind and learning from those who have come before me has given me firm ground to stand on.
