Oversees the daily operations of the practice, with the physicians and medical providers. Ensures that practice operations and team members are knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing and accrediting agency standards and applicable state and federal laws, as well as policies and procedures as defined by the company.

Control the daily operations of the retail pharmacy including medication dispensing and preparation. Cre- ate cross-functional talent development plans for executive pharmacist. Engage and Inspire cohesive working teams to achieve guest service excellence to drive profitable sales.

Ensured uninterrupted pharmacy service by effectively coordinating and communicating the scheduling of all pharmacist shifts for their assigned grouping of stores. To complete vacation planning and forecasting needs while obtaining staffing budgets. Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with Pharmacists and Field Managers. Keep Field Management informed of scheduling issues, emergency situations, and operating issues. Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency, professionalism, effectively multi-task and a positive attitude.

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, reviews and interprets prescriptions for patients using computerized patient profiles to ensure the appropriateness of dosage and to deter- mine the significance of potential drug-drug interaction. Maintains a clean working environment. Assists manager in developing and implementing new programs and policies and procedures; actively participates in gathering accurate data for quality assurance issues, clinical pharmacy documentation, DUE and ADR.Performs other job related duties as as- signed by the pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.
