Two years ago I made the decision to make a career change from the customer service industry to the warehousing industry I have thought a lot about what I want to do in order to prepare myself for the future. After tons of research relating to different careers in the tech world I decided a career in Data Analytics was the best choice for me. I am currently enrolled in a Data Analytics program through Merit America and am absolutely loving all the things I am learning; from career coaching to the technical aspects and programming languages associated with Data Analytics.After spending 10+ in the Customer Service Industry and 2+ years in the warehousing industry I have acquired skills that I believe will set me up for success within the Data world. Being mainly a server within the past 10 years has really honed my skills with teamwork/ collaboration, communication, and attention to detail. Most recently at my warehouse job with Rogue Fitness I collaborated and used critical thinking with the engineering team to send out customer orders more efficiently and effectively. I am always looking for connections who share an interest in the tech world or people who will inspire me to keep pushing myself to do better and learn more and more everyday!
