I graduated with a medical degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2013. I was also conferred the degrees of G.dip (Family Medicine) in 2018 and G.dip (Sports Medicine) in 2021.I am an accredited member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS), the Singapore Association of the Study of Obesity (SASO) and Exercise is Medicine Singapore (EIMS). I am also accredited by Singapore’s Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group (ADEG) to perform a wide range of medical aesthetics procedures.I started LIFT CLINIC where I am the attending physician, and my areas of clinical focus are in the field of Weight management, Metabolic health, Chronic disease management, and Medical aesthetics. My practice focuses on defining health goals for patients, critically examine and understanding their current health status, and through intervention via nutritional strategies, exercise prescription and pharmacology, help move them toward their goal. I had also founded INTEMEDICAL group with my team of excellent doctors, managers and frontline workers and where I am still currently serving on the board of directors. INTEMEDICAL group clinics aim to create access to healthcare by providing insurance-based and government-subsidized programs, while operating long hours to address primary and urgent care needs to the larger community across the Singapore island. I am grateful to be recognised by several clinician awards like the ‘Service with a Heart Award’ and ‘National Healthcare Group Teaching Award (Outstanding)’ in my career.
