I am a performance driven Retail Executive, with over 16 years of leadership experience and 8 years overseeing the nationwide success of multiple brands across varying industries. I specialize in the development and expansion of DTC (Direct to Consumer), primarily through a lens that is coupled with being intrinsically motivated and dedicating myself to building a successful platform for my team, partners and brand to grow in unison. I have had the privilege of building, supporting and leading various departments across DTC throughout my career, including: Operations, Regional Management, District Management, Buying, Merchandising, and Real Estate. Additionally, while I have been responsible for exceeding the expected financial and channel success, those strategies have come parallel to physically expanding brands by over 110+ locations, crafting standard operating procedures, and establishing culture.
