• Oversee all Triton International Limited (NYSE: TRTN) credit functions for the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India. The portfolio I manage includes 2,000+ customers with over $10 billion of assets on lease; • Previously oversaw credit for the Asia and Australia regions for 1.5 years.

• Managed a $190 million loan portfolio for the Real Estate Industries Group. Underwrote commercial real estate acquisition, commercial, and construction loans for the following product types: office, retail, mixed use, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality; • Analyzed the credit worthiness of loan guarantors, contractors, and substantial tenants. Created financial models to determine proper loan structuring/pricing and to identify and mitigate risks a loan/borrower may pose to the bank. Presented findings to the Chief Credit Officer and Credit Administration for approval during bi-weekly credit committee meetings;• Spent six months in the Special Assets Group helping manage the bank’s exposure to its $30 million Other Real Estate Owned portfolio and $15 million of loans in foreclosure by obtaining brokers’ opinions of value, leading property dispositions, negotiating note sales, and re-tenanting properties;• Reviewed loan documents, partnership agreements, title reports, leases, estoppels, and vendor contracts;

• Selected to be in Mechanics Bank Management Training Program. It was a 10 month rotation in the front and back offices of Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking;• Co-Created the Mechanics Bank Agriculture lending division. Drafted the agriculture lending and credit strategy/policy;• Worked closely with the bank's Executive Team. Attended management seminars in risk management and business communication. Created and implemented policy on how to improve bank operations.• Consulted managers on best practices of running an office and streamlining business development. Rotated managing retail branches when mangers were away or let go. Accommodated clients personal and business financing needs.

• Managed a team of 15 employees, while leading their food processing residue division ($10 million annual revenue); • Consulted and helped manage their $200+ million commercial real estate portfolio. Made recommendations on financing, development, entitlements, leasing alternatives, and future acquisitions;• Created spreadsheet models to streamline operations, forecast annual crop yields, and analyze P&L’s;• Performed general ranch work: cowboy, branding, veterinary work, irrigating, and equipment operator.

• Created comprehensive financial and retirement plans for current and potential clients based on their financial situation and appetite for risk ($250 million assets under management);• Performed research on different industries, markets, and funds using Morningstar Resources per employer and clients request;• Introduced new business development techniques and developed new marketing material to attract new clients.
