I cut my teeth in the beer quality world and I bring all my skills from that arena as well as many additional ones as well. I am a beverage production technical knowledge expert and leader in my field. I am an efficient collaborator and team player in operations and out in the market. On the back end, I bring operations proficiency in high quality ingredients sourcing, vetting, and supplier relationship management. On the front end, I help sales and marketing departments achieve what’s in their mind’s eye and make it a reality. I direct product formulation and new product innovation and am a thorough new product launch project manager. Previously, directed production process, quality management, formulation, and innovation for real fruit juice RTDs at Ranch Rider Spirits Co, among other talents. Previously, I have 5 years experience managing product quality and people as QC/QA lab manager for Deep Ellum Brewing Company.
