Most time was allocated to 1 on 1 structured meetings, efficiency reviews, disciplinary reviews, time cards, PTO management. - I say this role “light the fire” in me. I took pride in creating a team environment instead of having employees. Finding issues, creating solutions either new or known to test productivity changes.
