▪ Accountable for internal and external powertrain, chassis, and body concerns across all model lines▪ Performs hands-on investigations of complex vehicle level quality concerns and manages countermeasure implementation with cross-functional teams▪ Responsible for leading internal projects for headlamp performance for IIHS testing and regulatory compliance▪ Responsible for managing and improving equipment performance for wheel alignment, headlamp aiming, HVAC leak detection, tire and wheel assembly, and vehicle quality lab testing equipment▪ Responsible for quality reporting, dashboard generation, auditing standards, control plans, and risk mitigation planning ▪ Leads cross-functional collaboration between internal and external groups, suppliers, vendors, and customers for quality related activities
