Industrial Engineering graduate with a minor in Engineering Business. I most recently worked with Environment Canada for two years as part of their Data Ingest and Product Development Team. In my role as a business analyst, I primarily act as an intermediary between data providers and our developers to ensure that our weather products meet the business requirements and client expectations.I also work on continuous improvement projects to improve business processes. This year, I worked on projects with Ornge, North York General Hospital and SickKids hospital through the University of Toronto to make improvements to their healthcare systems using LEAN methodologies.
