- Sorted out cold cases into categories of major crimes, while inputting them into data archives spreadsheet.- Scanned and organized documents containing evidence, case reports, investigation reports, etc. for active cold cases - Created slides that presented victims involved in missing persons and unidentified remains cases. This slideshow was presented at the Missing Persons Event to the families and agencies involved in these cases- Gathered information and other notes from cold cases to report back to investigators in major crimes' unit

- Managed and mapped all city owned fiber assets- Worked with various contractors to place and connect fiber in different areas and buildings of the city- Supervised splicing operations and fiber conduit projects- Labeled fiber strands in communication rooms of city buildings and cleaned fiber terminations

- Member of a customer service team responsible for interacting with and assisting store patrons. As well as promoting the Polo brand and specific merchandize sales through customer interfaces.- Worked with management on planning inventory needs, orders, and shipments.- Participated in a program called RL Givebacks, which included volunteer trips to give out clothes to those in need.
