Men's sober living

• Maintain core competencies of case manager and case manager responsibilities.• Trains, mentors, and oversees duties of case managers, including evaluating skill and competency and making recommendations for enhanced performance.• Responsible for monitoring case assignments of counselors and auditing documentation by case managers of group and individual notes, MTP and TP updates, family contact notes and discharge plans of each client.• Collaborate with counselors on treatment planning and interventions.• Ensures case managers are maintaining “referral updates” and meeting reporting responsibilities to any supervising agency (EAP, SAP’s, and Probation/Court etc.)• Addresses complaints, resolves problems, and provides interventions on team related issues.• Provides supervision, and oversite to Support Staff duties and functions in collaboration with Support staff Supervisor(s)• Performs Crisis Interventions as needed.• Maintains education and professional development within scope of certification requirements.• Monitors and assesses the treatment program to provide quality improvement through adjustments or implementation of new groups, outings, meetings and ancillary activities.
