As a courtesy clerk of a grocery store, it was my job to bag groceries for customers, help customers find what they needed, assist them with loading their vehicles, as well as bring back shopping carts from the cart corrals. This was a very social job, bagging groceries brought countless interactions with customers and it was my job to make sure they had a good shopping experience, and leaving with a smile. This summer job further improved my customer service experience.

As a server assistant I performed the duties of sorting the food ticket orders that came through from the servers to the kitchen and bringing the food, drinks, and snacks from the kitchen into the movie theaters as the movie played. This job provided me with essential customer service skills that I feel are widely applicable.
