My responsibility as medical screener is to take vitals for incoming donors, collect a blood sample, process the sample, and input all of the date into a medical database.

Assisting customers in online procedures, resolving high stress customer problems, determining the correct actions in service related issues.

My role at Kmart consisted of training incoming cashiers, handling escalated customer service issues, running the service desk, electronics, and layaway departments whenever help was needed. In my 2 years, I trained over 25 cashiers and several members of management. I was promoted from within during my first 6 months and offered several different managerial positions.
