I’ve launched Huntress and KnowBe4 phishing campaigns, assisted in cross-platform migrations, utilised Entra ID and Intune, and designed a 40,000+ record database to streamline operations. My technical toolkit includes proficiency in ConnectWise, Cloudflare, 3CX, and Microsoft Office Suite, Azure, and more.🎓 Education & Certifications: With certifications including NinjaOne Certified Technician, Sophos Certified Engineer, Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, I’m continuously expanding my knowledge.
