As Event Supervisor, I am required to be present for event decoration drop-off and pick-up, manage event set-up and teardown. I act as the Hockey Hall of Fame liaison when interacting with clients and catering liaison. I ensure the client is happy and satisfied with their event and respond to any questions or needs the client my have. Ensuring museum is opened on time to the public. As museum supervisor, I am responsible for handling the museum open and close, creating lunch schedules, providing museum information to guest. I am required to ensure staff are doing their job and that there are no facility issues or and guest issues. Summer seasonal occupation from May to August in 2018 and 2019. My main responsibilities were to clean A/C units and replace the units when needed for the summer. I also helped the maintenance staff anyway I can.
