I work as a contractor for ES Solar, qualifying homes for the Clean Energy Credit Initiative in Utah, helping homes take part in the Net Metering Program from Rocky Mountain Power and seeing whether or not a home could be a good candidate for Solar Panels and educating families on their options in Utah.

I work as an account manager for Cart Rocket, helping our clients develop strategies that will boost their eCommerce conversion and customer retention. Cart Rocket has developed software with the intent of creating a comprehensive website abandonment strategy. Through the use of exit-intent technology, social gamification, and strategic incentives, Cart Rocket creates a custom user experience that helps businesses actively engage their visitors and motivate them to take immediate action on your website; whether that be:- providing you with their email- connecting them to a special product or offer page- endorsing your brand to their social networks, or simply- completing their purchase instead of abandoning their cart. I create the solutions for clients so they can have better opportunities to have customer conversions and for their return business.

Started as a sales representative in November 2014 in Syracuse where I was able to be trained and utilized to be the #1 seller for our store after my first full month of hiring. I continued to be trained and fulfilled the responsibility of Assistant Manager after a few months and was on track to becoming a Store Manager when the opportunity came to be the Business Account Manager for the Northern Utah District. I transitioned from the inside sales of Syracuse and opened up Business Accounts all over Northern Utah which I was responsible for the calling, pitching, sale, and follow-up for all the Business to Business accounts we set up through T-Mobile. Amazing experience that helped me to learn how to interact with businesses and what makes them successful.

Worked as a waiter for Sizzler right out of high school. Loved the atmosphere of working with new people each and every day. Was able to mediate problems for customers who were not satisfied and had a wide variety of individuals that I grew to work with and serve over the years that I worked at Sizzler. I was trained in immediate customer service, food preparation and expecations, and management of floor and customer flow.
