Tyler is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Camden Oak Real Estate, an opportunistic real estate private equity firm. He also owns Ashland Advisory, a real estate consulting and advisory business that specializes in complex development and investment projects for private real estate companies. Tyler has industry expertise in analyzing, structuring, capitalizing, and closing complex commercial real estate development and acquisition transactions. He has a successful track record of closing over $450 million in investments including private equity, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, regional and national mortgage lending, and development tax incentives. He is regarded as a subject matter expert in the monetization of development tax incentives, including historic tax credits and tax incremental financing. His experience spans multifamily housing, office, industrial, raw land, and mixed-use asset types. Previously, Tyler served as the Vice President of Investments for J. Jeffers & Company, a real estate development and investment company based in Milwaukee, WI. Before that, he worked for Forward Development Group, a land development company based in Madison, WI. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee County Historical Society and Forward 48. He earned the Milwaukee BizTimes 2022 Rising Stars in Real Estate award. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
