I manage cash daily along with processing and approving payments. I keep tabs on all cash inflows and outflows to project for the future on a short and long term basis. I also run calculations for credit metrics and ensure all covenants are met for reporting purposes.

I analyze the cash inflow and outflow through forecasting and reporting. I'm also responsible for managing the corporate credit cards and intercompany notes.

I close the books for multiple companies, work alongside the finance team to ensure reporting accuracy of various internal reports, and work on any projects to enhance and expedite my processes. My financial duties mainly consist of reconciling the main bank account on a daily basis, reporting the daily changes in cash position through a banking report, and also projecting future cash requirements. My accounting duties consist of closing the books monthly, ensuring financial accuracy, and being the point person for any financial projects related to the companies I close.
