During my internship, I successfully led multiple engineering projects focusing on mechanical design and validation. I designed and developed a specialized fixture tailored for disassembling and reassembling breakers, crucial for in-depth failure analysis. Additionally, I conducted extensive testing of spring forces to ensure adherence to drawings specifications, thereby enhancing product quality and performance. I collaborated closely with diverse teams, including technicians and other engineering teams, to achieve project objectives efficiently. My role also demanded strong critical thinking skills, enabling me to overcome design challenges and optimize both fixture functionality and spring performance. These experiences allowed me to improve my proficiency in CAD modeling, mechanical testing and design skills, and commitment to maintaining high standards of engineering excellence.

During my time as head peer assistant, I coordinated with all other peer assistants to ensure their responsibilities and duties were being completed. Along with this, I conducted office hours and taught recitation classes, as well as helped student during class time to provide academic support. During these office hours, I delivered comprehensive instruction on many different topics, like mechanical design, statics, electrical design, and Excel. With these responsibilities, I efficiently aided in leading the engineering peer assistant program and ensured high-quality academic guidance for students. This experience strengthened my leadership skills and proficiency in both teaching and administrative roles within the educational environment.

As an apprentice electrician, I gained extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial wiring across diverse environments. I collaborated closely with plumbing, HVAC, and other construction trades to coordinate installations and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, emphasizing safety protocols and adherence to OSHA guidelines. My responsibilities included the repair and upgrade of electrical components in residential houses, garages, restaurants, and various commercial establishments. This experience strengthened my technical skills in electrical circuitry, panel installations, and system diagnostics, ensuring reliable operation and optimal functionality.
