Wrote MATLAB scripts to simulate the dynamics of 1D model of particle transport through a nanopore and 2D surface auto-catalysis models via solving the set of differential equatiosn obtained via trunctation of hierarchical master equations. The nanopore system required running and comparison to kinetic Monte Carlo simulations and the auto-catalysis system involved derivation of higher order approximations.
