• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards, utilizing data from multiple sources within a Microsoft SQL Server database
• Design and implement data warehouse flows and schemas, including staging, fact, dimensions, cubes, and reporting models.
• Create accurate business requirement definitions and user training documentation
• Produce reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders

• Perform primary administration, analysis, evaluation, requirements definition, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance for all Engineering systems and programs
• Provide primary database administration support for all Engineering databases
• Create, alter, maintain, optimize, and implement SQL stored procedures, functions, tables, logins, roles,integrations, triggers, jobs, restorations, and backups
• Produce and maintain existing SSIS packages and jobs
• Act as the secondary administrator on all SQL Servers and SQL Databases
• Perform regular SQL Server maintenance and patching

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve all software and hardware issues related to computers, printers, peripherals, and more
• Attend meetings with internal and external staff to enhance and support existing systems
• Create and provide documentation for training end users on using software or hardware
• Participate in training courses to develop technical knowledge for better supporting applications
• Monitor and maintain existing hardware, applications, and servers
• Create SSRS reports for a variety of SQL databases

• Communicate issues effectively with higher level support staff for resolutions
• Follow established protocols and procedures for installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware,software, and networks in relation to end-user profiles
• Assist in training end-users on new hardware and software capabilities, uses, and functions
• Ensure excellent customer service through quick and thorough response to requests and inquiries into technicalissues
• Configure Office 365, Adobe, and Java views, settings and preferences in Windows 7, Windows 8.1, andWindows 10
• Train new User Support Technicians and Staff Aids on how to perform the job requirements
