Trained, evaluated, and delegated responsibilities to 5 paraprofessionals that worked in my classroom. Worked individually with each child, their parents, and their team to establish individual goals, oversaw the implementation thereof, and ensured the appropriate implementation of those goals and interventions. Used the DIR/ Floortime approach to educate and to interact with the students. Created the school’s first Spanish program, including a curriculum where each grade’s curriculum builds each grade’s knowledge and linguistic abilities over the successive years at the school.
