-Perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative, while doing the following in addition to existing tasks:- Establishing training material to be used within the call center.- Sitting with new hires and training them on the day-to-day tasks, as well as account-specific material.- Organizing and conducting training classes.- Testing potential protocols and systems to ensure ease of use prior to launch.- Compile, organize, and assemble a training manual for the call center.- Update and maintain all existing resources and guidelines as changes are made.- Communicate and work closely with clients when new procedures are introduced to ensure a complete understanding with the managers and staff.
