I am a personal trainer at Onelife Fitness, where I help clients achieve their fitness goals through customized programs, assessments, and coaching. I have a passion for health and wellness, and I apply my core competencies in fitness consulting, weight loss coaching, and corrective exercise to deliver optimal results for my clients.Before joining Onelife Fitness, I was a fitness coach at F45 Training, a global network of high-intensity interval training studios. There, I led group classes, motivated participants, and provided feedback and guidance on form and technique. I also have a background in the US Navy, where I served as an air traffic controller and a group fitness leader for six years. In the Navy, I developed strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic groups of people, and I am motivated by the positive impact of fitness on physical and mental health.
