As a graduate in the Business Administration - Marketing Program at Durham College, I have enhanced my ability and skills in marketing, teamwork environments, finance and advertising. I have developed these skills by learning about computer applications, different marketing theories and applying learned knowledge to work on various projects for clients. I am looking to pursue a position in digital marketing, advertising or market research. During my studies I have been able to build upon my passion for business marketing by focusing on courses such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Computer Applications, Business Management, Business Communications, Integrated Marketing Communications and Market Research.I have developed my professional workplace skills such as having excellent verbal and written skills, being an effective multitasker, being able to work effectively in a team environment and having strong sales skills by working in customer service at Tim Hortons. This position entails communicating with customers, assisting them with the products they would like and ensuring that the customer is happy with their order and the service provided. I believe that my experiences in marketing with my on-going studies make me a solid candidate for a variety of positions. I am a diligent worker, and someone who is ready to tackle any task with new and creative ideas. I continue to pursue marketing knowledge to continue to grow and further the development of my marketing skills.
