As the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of GB Entertainment, I handle diverse responsibilities spanning operations, legal affairs, financial management, facility management, office management, IT infrastructure, and HR. Whether serving as the HR department, managing and improving server environments, or being responsible for the financial statements, I’ve excelled in my career in performing diverse tasks without any formal training, relying on my resourcefulness and self-starter mindset.My journey began with a foundation in corporate law, where I honed my skills in Mergers and Acquisitions, venture capital investments, and providing strategic counsel to startups. This experience laid the groundwork for my subsequent ventures in the world of venture capital and operations.For four years, I served as the General Counsel and Director of Operations of an emerging VC manager (SixThirty), where I played an integral role in not only managing legal affairs but also in operating the global firm. During my tenure, I spearheaded negotiations for investments across the globe, from the US and Canada to Europe, Africa, and Asia. This included the successful launch of a $66 million fund, marking a significant milestone in the firm's journey.
