We assist large clients with projects around the world, having done work in 84 countries since our founding in 2004, and have been a part of The Economist Group since 2015.I have led and worked on projects focusing on M&A due diligence, global and local strategy development, pricing and portfolio optimization, retail and consumer trends, business planning, and demand forecasting for some of the leading alcohol, beverage, and consumer goods companies around the world. Highlights of my work have included:- Predictive demand models utilizing macro and industry specific inputs- Optimizing RTM strategy at an individual point-of-sale level to maximize profitability- Leading due diligence work to support M&A negotiations for an international consumer goods company- Rationalizing portfolio pricing strategies to grow sales while minimizing cannibalization- Quantifying income levels where demand for different food and beverage categories accelerates and the additional drivers responsible for said category growthAdditionally, I have conducted on the ground research and worked on-site with clients around the world, including Sub-Saharan Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
