As the Concierge Coordinator, I have a long list of responsibilities which include and are not limited to. Being proficient and professional in customer service and satisfaction. Writing and carrying out contracts for loaner vehicles with customers. Managing a fleet of over 50 owned and contracted vehicles. Prompting and preparing warranties for repair orders. Operating many softwares for the dealership which involve appointments, repair orders, and dealer functions. As well as managing and directing a team of car porters who carry out deliveries and pickups to and from customers as well as parts. Completing follow up reports as well as other tasks. Assisting with the parts, sales, and service department for any necessary needs of action. And lastly receiving phone calls and assisting and directing customers to handle whatever their needs and or issues may be with their vehicle.

I performed check ins for customers appointments and evaluate cars when necessary for any noticeable damages. I transport their cars to be switched with loaner vehicles when necessary and arranged. I also carry out any additional tasks my sales staff asks of me including preparing cars or making sure they’re ready to return to the customer while also communicating and operating smoothly with our repair shop and car wash.
