Odysys offers smart marketing to busy innkeepers with an easy to use digital marketing platform. I help Odysys customers maximize their results using the Odysys toolbox.

There are three primary dimensions to this job - Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management. My daily tasks in Revenue Management include setting rates, forecasting demand, and monitoring/reporting on key performance indicators to maximize revenue. Sales tasks include facilitating and managing relationships with the community in both a B2B and B2C context. It also includes development and management of corporate rate plans, and sales coaching with Guest Service AgentsMarketing tasks include website management, email marketing, blogging, social media management, creating packages & specials, and ultimately guiding the market’s perception of the Pine Ridge Inn through these tools and more.
