Set to graduate in April 2025, holding a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering with Co-op from Western University.From Sarnia Ontario, my passion lies in problem-solving and driving innovation within the chemical processing industry.At Carmeuse, in my role as a Process Engineering Intern I had the opportunity to immerse myself in various projects that enriched my understanding of industrial processes and engineering principles. One significant aspect of my internship involved contributing to a PLC design project, where I engaged in functionality simulations to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the processes. Additionally, I investigated the intricacies of PID controls, meticulously reviewing their application alongside validating safety and process interlocks to ensure seamless operations. I had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, ranging from process operators to automation engineers to tackle the complex project. These experiences not only broadened my technical expertise but fueled my ambition for innovation and forward thinking in the chemical process industry.In my free time I enjoy playing sports, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. I pride myself on my teamwork, time management, problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and accountability.Looking forward, I aim to obtain more experience in the chemical process industry. I would like to be part of a design team that strives for innovation.
