As the Chief Operating Officer at WWS Trading, a wholesale commodities trading company, I oversee all technical, insurance, HR, and marketing operations, and serve as the point of contact for all external business inquiries. I am motivated by the challenge of optimizing margins, managing risks, helping my peers, and creating value for our clients.In my current role, I have led and implemented several initiatives that have enhanced the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our operations. Some of my achievements include: implementing new ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), redesigning trading and logistics workflows with digital tools, streamlining accounting processes, developing "digital twin" data-based AI decision-making software, redesigning and negotiating pay and commission structures, launching digital marketing campaigns, and creating new reporting tools to manage trade credit risk.
