• Organize field data collected by Better Work and partners to help the organization understand experiences of women and migrant workers in international garment sector in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic.• Use regression analysis to explore trends and correlations to help organization advocate for policy priorities to protect workers experiencing negative impacts of shocks to the supply chain.

• Analyzed macroeconomic and other methodologies used to estimate number of small-scale gold miners in the world. • Developed case studies of regional policies that impact informal gold mining sector labor supply. • Researched the state of women and children in small-scale gold mining worldwide.

• Analyzed city housing policies which enabled the organization’s international network to more effectively advocate for marginalized communities in Rio de Janeiro and beyond. • Acted as a bridge between the organization administration and local housing rights leaders in the field.
