As a dedicated Shift Process Operator I have an extremely keen eye for detail and am able to utilize the latest in process analyzing technology to create a more efficient work environment. In a fast paced production environment I am able to join the rhythm and provide service at a rate of consistency and flow. I know the extreme importance of time management, communication amongst the team, and the value of having positive impact and influence amongst the team. I possess a strong desire for knowledge and education for advancement within my career. For the past few years I have gained experience in hazardous chemical handling. Oxides, demulsifiers, polyols, and strong acids and just a small category of what I work with daily. My dedication to safety and working with precaution is highly valued.At my current position I am responsible for making sure that all manufacturing processes are carried out for quality completion and safe precautions. On a regular, I maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic that is impactful to the team and company as a whole. I am also able to make strong recommendations to help increase productivity and incorporate information from departmental managers to improve the manufacturing process. My future endeavors involve transitioning over into sales and customer relations. There is a strong passion to work with people and relationship development on an opposite spectrum that I am currently experienced in.
