While my career thus far has a range of experiences that has allowed me to lean into a range of skills and talents, one thing has remained constant....I am a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and authentic person who shows up each day ready to care about people. In my undergraduate college years at Southern Nazarene, I cared about being a leader to others in my community and walking alongside people in all waves of life. This was evident in my time as a Resident Advisor (RA) as well as a Camp Counselor at Pine Cove. Additionally, I had the opportunity to level up my leadership skills through a variety of clubs and societies including the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLAS), Delta Mu Delta (Business Honors Society), and Student Government.During my time as an Implementation Specialist at Paycom, I was able to leverage my skills in detail orientation, technical support, and project management to ensure new customers were not only sold a valuable product, but also saw the value delivered to their workplace. I always looked for ways to make sure no stone was left unturned to achieve maximum ROI.As a corporate product trainer at Paycom, my knack for leadership, product know how, public speaking, and passion for development and growth in others shined every day. I especially loved the moments with trainees where I was able to 1 on 1 coach them to those "lightbulb" moments, overcoming hurdles to become the best they could be. Having gained a passion for the Paycom product after years of working closely with it allowed me to slide naturally into a role as an Inside Sales Account Executive. I know it's cliche to say this but I truly took great pride and joy helping customers see the value of the product and ensuring their processes were about to heavily upgraded. Hearing the success stories were the best! As a current Enablement Manager, I am able to continue to lean into my passion for growth and development at a job performance level while leveraging the best Sales Enablement tool out there.
