In charge of managing the reliability and output of three high-output tissue Converting lines, as well as managing the growth and development of a team of Maintenance Technicians as direct reports. Job duties also include managing workload during scheduled downtime, managing projects for long-term improvement plans, and championing improved reliability standards.

Changed roles at Georgia-Pacific to become a Local Change Integrator for Koch Industries' SAP transition initiative - their Digital Core project. As an LCI at the Muskogee site, I managed the transition of Asset Care items from multiple systems over to SAP eHana. These items include work order records, preventative maintenance strategies, BOM documentation, and equipment and functional location hierarchy. I also led and coordinated training in SAP for a variety of roles at the mill, coordinated the cutover process, managed post-Go Live assistance, and ensured proper transition of data from the legacy systems.

Work with small projects to capital projects ranging from building renovation to machine OEE improvement. Proficient in safety design and implementation, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Various project experiences range from lamination filtration systems, static and mobile guarding fabrication, existing machine improvement through engineering and process optimization, and designing and fabricating replacement parts and assemblies.

Building and soldering sensors and boards, machining parts to given specifications, taking technical calls, assisting middle schools and high schools with technical issues, and assembling kits for new teams.
