Active Security Clearance - 2021Starting as an in-shop customer service worker at JSB Ventures, LLC d.b.a. Jimmy Johns in 2017, I had quickly attained higher positions as a Shift Manager and eventually the Assistant General Manager at the Stoughton, WI location, growing to be the most profitable and recognized store in the franchise resulting from a strong focus in customer service, advertising connections and more with local businesses from myself and my peers. In 2019, I moved to De Forest, WI and was employed at Best Buy as a seasonal customer experience specialist, where I applied those attained customer and sales skills. After several months, I received a job offer to move back to my previous company at a higher position, Assistant Area Manager, where I operated 4 stores around the Madison area. During this time, I had attained an associates in Website Software Development, which I still apply significantly in personal projects currently.In 2021, I entered the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, which features an extensive training program consisting of nearly 2 years of university level schoolwork across 3 separate schools - Nuclear Field "A" School, Nuclear Power School, and Nuclear Prototype Unit. I achieved a 3.73/4.0 GPA through "A" school, achieving honors status, and a 3.69/4.0 GPA through Nuclear Power School, attaining the "Commanding Officer's Honor Graduate Award - Section 8" award including honors status. Unfortunately, I was separated from service at the end of July in 2023 due to service related injuries.
